I finished installing the Nos kit with external fuel pump and I ran the jets NOS 34 and fuel 18. The system run through nos RPM switch between 3000 to 6000 rpm. I went out to test the system I was on 3ed gear speed was 50 mph I floored the gas the car start spinning the wheels and then go side way the engine was running smooth i let off the gas after couple of second I hear explosion and I see flame coming out of the hood in front of the engine. I stopped and found most of the hoses in the engine bay are out the boost and vacuum lines I re connect them and drive the car home and find out that the intercooler exploded as you can see in the pic. I open the blow off valves and find them stuck look at the pic and any feed back on what could be the reasons will be helpful athor than stuck BOV. Boost was at 15.5 psi. bottle pressure was 900 psi and if you can tell me what type of intercooler and blow off valve.
